Curriculum Overview
Our Chemistry curriculum for Classes 9–12 (NCERT, CBSE, Cambridge) combines clear concepts, practical understanding, and exam-focused learning to help students excel academically and develop strong scientific thinking

Saturated hydrocarbons
Saturated hydrocarbons are organic compounds that contain only single bonds between carbon atoms. They are “saturated” because each carbon atom is bonded to the maximum possible number of hydrogen atoms.

Unsaturated hydocarbons
Unsaturated hydrocarbons are organic compounds that contain one or more double or triple bonds between carbon atoms. These compounds are “unsaturated” because they do not have the maximum number of hydrogen atoms.

Hydrocarbons
Hydrocarbons are organic compounds composed entirely of carbon (C) and hydrogen (H) atoms. They form the basis of many fuels, plastics, and chemicals.

Cycloalkanes
Cycloalkanes are saturated hydrocarbons in which carbon atoms are arranged in a ring (cyclic) structure. They contain only single bonds between carbon atoms. General Formula:- CnH2n # (where 𝑛≥3n≥3)

Aromatic Hydrocarbons
Aromatic hydrocarbons are organic compounds containing benzene rings. They show resonance stability, pleasant smell, and are widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, and industrial applications.

IUPAC Numbering
IUPAC numbering is a systematic method of naming organic compounds based on the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC) rules. The numbering ensures that the longest chain and functional groups are identified clearly and consistently.
